This trading is based on [TRADENCY INC.]'s proprietary trading signals, and is in no way deemed to be a recommendation(s) by Tradeview FX. Customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of the speculative nature and high risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and recognizes that those that do not have the excess “risk” capital that may be subject to a total loss, should not trade in the foreign exchange market. Customer confirms that Tradeview FX has neither solicited Customer, nor did Tradeview FX recommend Customer’s participation in [TRADENCY INC.]’s trading program. Customer’s participation in [TRADENCY INC.]’s trading program is based on his/her own research which has led Customer to make an informed investment decision in selecting [TRADENCY INC.]. Tradeview FX does not imply or guarantee that Customer will realize any profit in the trading in the Account, and Tradeview FX will not be held responsible for any trading losses that may occur in the Account.
