Below is a list of the type of documents you will need to provide in Step 4 of this application:

Individual Identification:

  • Passport.
  • Driver's License; or other government issued ID with photo and signature.

Corporate Identification:

  • Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation/Registration or equivalent government document showing the establishment of the Company.
  • Articles of the company (i.e. Articles of Incorporation/Association). These are the internal rules of the Company.
  • Beneficial Owner information (i.e. Register of Shareholders).
  • Passport, Driver's License OR government issued identification with photo and signature for all listed Directors, Shareholders or Members of the Company.
