Over the past 20 years Tim has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of investments and trading. Tim began as a commodity broker and early in his career was recruited to join "Merrill Lynch Futures Division" learning from the Top 60 in the industry. As his career advanced, he jumped at an opportunity to become a Floor Trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. Tim quickly learned the commercial hedging/market making side of the industry and became a successful trader. As open outcry markets (shifted to a more electronic presence) became more electronic, he moved from the floor to behind a computer and became a company trader with "Schonfeld Securities". In 2004, he moved back to New York City and soon began working as a Managing Director with ODL Securities. Fueled by his passion for trading, he created a company for traders by traders: Tradeview LTD was founded in 2004.
With his worldwide contacts, Tim has developed Tradeview into an internationally recognized brokerage firm. Tim has earned his series 3, 7, 55, and 66.
35 Years of commodity industry experience in both listed exchange and OTC interbank markets. Featured positions include Head Trader for Credit Suisse NYC, Dean Witter Capital Markets Inc., and Swiss Bank Corporation NYC. Managed $150 Mio proprietary assets, proving bid/offer liquidity to central banks, mining companies, and hedge fund managers, trading precious metals in cash and futures markets. Other revenue producing responsibilities included institutional sales brokerage of US Treasuries, FX, and European Equity Indices. Provided business development consulting services for CBOT and NYMEX. Last several years, employed by the NFA and several NFA registred firms, providing regulatory guidance with Dodd Frank and other compliance initiatives. Affiliated with Tim and Tradeview LTD since 2013 in AMLCO capacity and other CIMA related compliance requirements.
With over 10 years of experience in the foreign exchange market place Ben has worked his way up from sales associate to VP and with that has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of the FX world gaining extensive experience in both the retail and corporate trading markets, including in-depth expertise in institutional partnerships and white label development. His different assignments during his career working for companies such as RCG, IGM and BMFN have provided him an excellent understanding of sales, customer service and business development operations of online trading firms. Hailing from Sydney, Australia Ben was a professional rugby player traveling the world and this is where he saw firsthand the importance of foreign exchange in our global market.
Michael is the Vice President of Sales for Tradeview specializing in the prime services division. Mr Turck has more then 10 years of experience in the retail FX industry having worked for FXDD and FxPrimus. At FXDD, Michael helped build the Currenex Institutional desk into a multi-million dollar profit center each year. Having worked for some of the industries top respected individuals, Michael gained a tremendous amount of experience on the risk management and sales trading desks. Through his experience at other FX companies, Michael is extremely excited to have the opportunity build a new Institutional trading desk here at Tradeview. Micahel graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelors degree in Business Management.
Kirk Miler is the Human Resources Manager for Tradeview LTD. Kirk has over 10 years’ experience as a human resource manager with a focus on global HR generalist responsibilities. He manages all aspects of an HR operation including recruiting talent aligned with overall company goals. In addition to all HR responsibilities, Kirk is spear heading its current growth plans by recruiting talent for Tradeview’s US based operations as well as its overseas locations. Prior to joining Tradeview, Kirk was the Global Human Resource Manager at GSM Systems. He was responsible for all of the company’s human resources operations in all locations (New York, Nairobi, Lagos, Amsterdam and Jakarta), including recruitment, employee relations, policy and procedure development. Mr. Miller brings more than fifteen years of management experience to GSM Systems. Prior to joining GSM Systems Kirk was a Director and acting President for the New York Institute of English and Business, a provider of educational services in the vocational school sector, where he oversaw all issues relating to the institution’s operations including compliance to federal and state regulations pertaining to federal and state student aid. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Metropolitan Studies from New York University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Mr.Salazar is an experienced trader in the financial market. After completing his bachelor’s degree in Finance at a New Jersey university, he pursued his passion and quickly got into trading. He specializes in Forex trading, developing strategies for swing and intraday trading. After having a good track record he then joined a pro trader shop SMB Capital and became head of Forex division. Their trading strategies became so popular that within the Hispanic Community, his team became known as the place to learn and trade live. This contribution to the Hispanic community, it became a success to provide trainees to learn how to trade during live trading hours. His teaching method has helped a great amount of traders to succeed at this profession. In 2014, he saw the opportunity to incorporate the necessity to trade using order flow volume for momentum trading. He co-developed a software now used to trade the markets. Now at TV Markets, he’ll provide his market input and mentor traders to trade Forex swing and intraday trading. He is now head of LATAM managing other representatives
MBA graduate from Hult International Business School. Kazem is a financial/commodities professional, with over 12 years of experience in FX and Precious Metals Market. He has a deep expertise in trading and brokerage. Kazem is experienced with US and European commodities exchanges and MENA precious metals and FX market. He previously worked at Swiss Gold DMCC in Dubai UAE. As a Head of Trading at Swiss Gold DMCC he had total responsibility for booking of all trades and for generating profits. Doubled, through trading, firm gross profits FY 2011-2012. Managed in-house development of one-click online trading platform resulting in increased client base and transaction volume. Kazem has joined Tradeview talented team on December 2015. He is in charge of Business Development and Sales in MENA. The foundation of his experience is FX and precious metals. He has a passion for developing new business through sales and trading. During his career he has increased the sales volume and created very strong relationship with clients through enhanced CRM methodologies. Graduated from The Marist College School of Business with a Bachelor’s. Degree in Finance and a minor in International Marketing. His education was mainly focused on the fundamental and statistical dynamics of the US and International equity market, his passion from the very start.
Kengo is an MBA graduate from Niagara University with over 6 years of experience in the Forex sales and support. He previously worked at FXDD for both English and Japanese speaking clients. Kengo ran multiple promotional campaigns on the websites and newspapers in United States and started focusing on the global market after FXDD’s U.S. retail business was acquired by FXCM.
Kengo has managed to promote FX trading platforms such as SpotOption, JForex, Currenex, Currensee, Tradency and Zulutrade. In 2012, he became a member of the development team for Swordfish, translated the system into Japanese and got real-time customer feedbacks. He made the international marketing plans and helped to develop all the platforms into multi-million products. Kengo has joined Tradeview in 2016 and been expanding his worldwide business project.
Kengo has earned the U.S. securities licenses of Series 3 for the National Commodities Futures and Series 34 for the Retail Off-Exchange Forex.
Mr. Palma has over 15 years experience in emerging capital markets, with emphasis on electronic trading and investment banking in and out of Latin America. Mr. Palma started his career in Mexico City with Accival (Banamex Citibank Brokerage House) on the prop arbitrage desk. After his masters degree in financial markets in Spain he became a Sales Executive Trader at Instinet in 1997, where he was part of the ADR team.

With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Mark has experience in Fixed Income, Forex, and Equities. Mr. Lee’s previous work experience includes Genesis Securities, Auriga Securities, FXDD and Goldman Sachs.

Creation and follow-up of business plans, portfolio management, and treasury management along with the application of sound practices in the strategic direction, marketing and consultancy of financial and Insurance products.
Diego has a BBA with major in International Business from the ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion) of Paris. His experience in the Forex market started when he joined LiteForex -a broker leader in the Russian market-. The broker looking for expansion in the Hispanic market, let Diego lead the market penetration, starting from bringing all the information from English to Spanish for a better understanding of the potential clients and a succesful management of the social networks -this cut-off the barriers the Russian Broker had when tried to penetrate in previous years without success-. Now with a good business book and his marketing experience Diego joins TV Markets to engage his background with the good performance that the company is having in the LATAM market.

Mr. Ricardo A. Grados was born in Lima Peru in 1980, shortly after he finished high school he moved to Stamford, CT to attend Sacred Heart University in fairfield CT where he graduated with a B.A. in Finance in 2007. Ricardo has extensive expertise with Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Hedge Funds, Funds Administration, Fund Raising, Portfolio Analysis, Back/Middle Office Derivatives Trading Operations, Forex Trading, as well as Commodities Trading Operations.
He has held roles at Barclays Capital, BBVA Securities and OpHedge Investment Services among other top tier financial institutions. His areas of responsibility and expertise have included enterprise-wide auditing for back/middle office operations for multiple broker/dealers, reconciliations General Ledgers on behalf of broker/dealers, trade reconciliations, trade processing, settlements, daily valuations and cash operations as well as direct oversight global FOREX trading activities for multiple trading funds.
Ricardo previously served as Fund Administrator for Soros Fund Management, Quantum Funds family as well as CFO of Monaco Private Capital Corp, Conundrum Capital LLC, Ricardo also runs our Latin American operations team from Lima, Peru. His duties are Financial Advisory for multiple companies in the Mining, Energy, Oil/Gas, Agriculture, Arline, Construction and Manufacturing industries, as well as Capital Raising via his global high network of Private Investors as well as Financial Institutions for private/public companies, he is also involved in commodities trading operations with gold and copper.

Leidy has Knowledge in technical, fundamental analysis and platforms for investment in the stock market. She has domain of software for financial modeling and forecast future. Woo graduated from the State University of New York where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics-Physics. He has experience in KIST (Korea Institute of Science and Technology) where he researched the method of monitoring and predicting machine welding condition applying cHMM (Continuous Hidden Markov Model) with AR coefficient, developed a face recognition program applied to facial expression robots, and provided a series of seminars on Various Applications of HMM. Shortly after the successful research and participation in quantitative finance conferences, he pursued his career path and quickly got into financial field. Now at Tradeview, he plays a key role in supporting the account management team and helping to develop new business with a focus on the South Korea market.
Raimondo Perfetto has a deep knowledge of the financial Markets. After his studies in Economic Science at the University, he started his carrier as a trader and in 2013 he brought his knowledge at the disposal of GKFX clients as an Account Manager.
He strongly believes that a successful Trading is the result of study, training and passion.

Moved to Switzerland and Barcelona to work for different companies. First starting as a collaborator at Solidary Markets and working full time at BWFX Consultant with Smart Broker Solutions, which is a sister company. Here I was in charge of all the marketing, image and business relationships with new clients and white labels. Then I left BWFX ad SBS so I can start at SMFX as an International Area and supporting the marketing department for the knowledge acquired before.

Jin has more than 15 years experience in the forex and equity markets, mainly gained in South-East Asia and Australia working at some of the largest regional investment banks and more recently at Gain Capital. He has an honours degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and holds Australian industry certifications in the forex and derivatives markets.
Economist and Finance consultant for most of his professional career in the foreign exchange markets, working with Mexican banks and brokerages since 2008 and led a team at Alpari UK Ltd. in Mexico City in 2014. He has experience as a trader and FX dealer with the Citi's treasury in 2015 working with small and mid cap companies. Juan Carlos began his sales career as an account manager in Montevideo Urugauy with the support of his sales team for LATAM markets with IronFx in 2013.
Adam started at Etrade working his way up from Trader to Head of Client Services to Senior Relationship Manager before being headhunted by Penson to set up their Electronic Trading desk and then going on to build out the Prime Brokerage offering at Linear Investments. Adam then co-founded a successful Prime Brokerage company in the city of London called PrimeXtend. With over 14 years in the industry he specialises in Trading, Technical Analysis, Prime Brokerage and developing exciting new business initiatives. Adam is extremely excited to have the opportunity to lead the extended development of Tradeview into the UK.
